Caleb has 17 years experience in the flex office and coworking industry having advised landlords worldwide about how they can use operational real estate strategies to future-proof their portfolios.

Caleb founded the Bold coworking brand and platform, which was acquired by NewFlex who doubled in size during his 3.5 years on the senior management team. He helped AXA IM launch their XCHG coworking brand at 22 Bishopsgate in London and IKEA launch their coworking brand in Stockholm. He’s an award winning podcast host of Brave Ideas and the Misfits Mindset Podcast. 

Cofounder & Investment Partner

 Rachel has 20+ years’ experience investing in the commercial real estate, hospitality, and residential sectors, having closed transactions for a value exceeding €2.0 Billion throughout Continental Europe. 

Her expertise covers transaction sourcing, negotiation, structuring, underwriting, due diligence, financing, asset management and asset disposals in the context of value-add and opportunistic repositioning strategies for Oaktree Capital, Carlyle Group, and LaSalle Investment Management.

Cofounder & Hospitality/Ops Partner

Ian has 30+ years of hospitality experience spanning across hotels, members club’s, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Experienced as a Chief Operating Officer managing and leading teams in excess of 350 employees within the hospitality sector, Ian has created and operated hospitality concepts across three continents. Most notably, creating and operating the Coworking brand ‘Working From_’ for Ennismore (The Hoxton Hotels).

Senior Leasing Advisor

James is a commercial real estate leader with over 20 years’ experience in asset management, leasing, and placemaking. Passionate about creating vibrant, experience-led spaces, he has played a key role in shaping some of London’s most iconic developments.

As Head of Leasing at AXA IM Alts, James led the leasing strategy for 22 Bishopsgate, Europe’s first vertical village, pioneering a new approach to workplace experience. 

Curator, Brave Ideas

Lucy is a writer and content strategist specialising in the coworking and flexible workspace industry. As the curator of Brave Ideas, she amplifies the thought leadership of industry influencers, sharing insights that shape the future of work. She also supports Brave Consortium members with content strategy and execution, helping them craft impactful narratives.

With a background in marketing, placemaking, and community engagement, Lucy has worked with leading tech suppliers in the coworking sector, including SALTO Systems, Cobot, and Nexudus. She is a contributing writer for Allwork.Space and the founder of The Inclusive Coworker, a blog that celebrates inclusivity in coworking. A regular speaker on coworking and workplace design, she is passionate about fostering collaboration, connections, and community in the industry.

Plum is a brand strategist and creative leader with over a decade of experience shaping hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle brands. She specialises in crafting compelling narratives and design-led experiences that build strong brand identities and customer engagement.

Previously, Plum was part of the brand team at Ennismore, supporting the growth of The Hoxton and the launch of ‘Working From_’. She has also worked with leading hospitality and real estate brands to develop impactful storytelling and brand strategies.

Talent Partner

Craig fell in love with hospitality early on, working in some of London’s most iconic venues. His passion for people led him into recruitment in 2012, where he has since supported high-profile hospitality brands in attracting and retaining top talent.

Previously, Craig was part of the People team at Ennismore, consulting on executive recruitment and new opening projects for The Hoxton and Working From_. As the founder of Mum, a talent and culture consultancy, he continues to help hospitality and lifestyle brands build exceptional teams.

Julia has 20+ years’ experience in people strategy, talent development, and organisational culture, specialising in hospitality, real estate, and creative industries. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering workplace environments that empower people to thrive.

Previously, Julia led People & Culture at Ennismore, supporting the growth of The Hoxton and the launch of the ‘Working From_’ coworking brand. She has also worked with leading organisations to develop talent strategies that drive engagement and long-term success.

Creative Strategy Partner

Philippa is a commercially driven brand strategist with over 20 years’ experience in trend forecasting, consumer insights, and brand storytelling. She specialises in integrating emerging trends into brand experiences that connect people, places, and spaces across hospitality, retail, and lifestyle industries.

She has worked with some of the industry’s most forward-thinking brands, including Birch, Ennismore, Sessions, and Locke, helping them shape culturally relevant, people-centric strategies. With a deep understanding of consumer behavior and experience design, Philippa partners with businesses to create innovative playbooks and strategic frameworks that drive long-term brand engagement and growth.

Brian is a coffee industry leader with over 20 years’ experience in sourcing, roasting, and coffee concept development. As the founder of Fenwick Road Coffee Company, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainably sourced coffee to hospitality and retail brands.

With deep expertise across the entire coffee supply chain—from green bean sourcing to barista training—Brian helps businesses craft exceptional coffee experiences. His passion for innovation and quality continues to shape the industry, ensuring every cup meets the highest standards. He teamed up with Caleb in 2018 to create a branded coffee for the Bold coworking brand.
